it is very hard to start all the time. i usually have to take the cover off the air box to get it to start after about 5 mins of cranking it over. when it stalls i have to repeat the process over and over. if anyone can help me id really apriciate it.

 

if you pull the plug is it dry, or wet from flooding? maybe the fuel filter is plugged, as well as the carb. being dirty.

 

ok thanx ill try that. and i have another question what do they mean by rejetting the carb.

 

rejetting is putting differnt size jets in(mostly bigger) allowing more gas to flow in. you dont need to do this w/ a stock bike. chances are like i said maybe its dirty? how does it run once it starts and goes?

 

once it starts up it idles fine but like i said once it stalls its ahrd to start again.

 

why is it stalling? when you try to take off will hit the throttle?

 

sometimes i have t pump the throttle so it wont stall but othertimes it will idle fine. most of the time it stallls when it sits for a min or 2 just idling

 

but does it run fine on the trail? i would change the fuel filter if its old and maybe clean the carb. if its idled to low just turn it up a little.
