I have a 2004 sportsman 400. While driving in low in awd going uphill all of a sudden i was stuck do to no 4 wheel drive.No noises whatsoever.2 wheel works with no noises.the drive shaft from the gearcase to the front will turn freely by hand but not by rolling the atv forward or backward like it should.HELP[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

sounds like a damged transfer case (geaar case) if you can turn it freely by hand and if its not turning while driving it. just a guess.
