Default hawkeye tires

I have the 06 model and I have replaced the stock tires by AMS Swamp foxes:24*8*12 for the front and 24*9*12 for the rear. They are really very good in the mud and also perfect on the road(no vibrations). Please do a search on this forum and you will se people very happy with their foxes. Also available in other dimensions such as 23 or 25".

Kenda executioners 10 inch will work on the rear rims but you cant run them up front, you can only run the 6-8 inch width tire up front,, i have 25 inch good year rawhides on my Hawkeye ,,they dont rub at all.

Im new to these forums, but a freind of mine put 26x12x12 and 26x10x12 on his hawkeye, but then again he removed the floorboards so they would fit. I wouldnt recomend it. It will hardly break them loose in the mud. It just aint as much fun to ride.

It actually looks pretty mean with the bumpers hes got on it, but every time I have ridden it, the mud bugs have tried rippen my feet off if I wasnt careful.

I have a ball with My Hawkeye ,,With 25 inch tires on it it has almost 12 inches of clearance and i had a Guy on a grizzly say " hey man that thing can go where this grizzly cant" and i always hear people ask " what 4 wheeler is that and what kind tires are those ,, things like that looks wicked ! wow Can i ride it, I had one chick say it rides like a Pony and is to small (she was A big girl that rides a prairie 650) my reply was well wait till you try getting that heavy Kawasaki unstuck by yourself, I saw so many people stuck in the river last summer and i have never been stuck with that hawkeye at all , Mainly due to the tires, Im in the process of building some brush gaurds for it right now, Im going to the river again this weekend and ill post some Vids on you tube.

If the spec. book says tires are 22x10-12 and 22x7-12 then how do you fit in other sizes, do you change rims or something? I get stuck in the snow with the stock tires, all four turning helplessly but do not want to go big bore, love the little Hawkeye (1,200 miles on it and running), think I only need to change tires.
Thru me a bone here.
Thanks
