I was wrong, 02 700 have the new style too. 500 got it in 04

Any front diff problems on the 800's ONLY!

Still fairly new, but no problems. Out of the 3 (500, 700 and 800) I've owned, only thing ever noticed was on the 04 700. Doing doughnuts in 2WD, would occasionally notice fronts trying to grab. Never broke anything. Didn't notice this with 500 or 800. Sounds like you've had bad luck with yours 2many, hate to hear that.
