Default 250 Trailblazer Mods? *Updated*

Thats the same thing my dad said, he said if im sending out the jug, i should do the p&p also...

Wait: For the az bad boy kit, what do i actually need?

This kit will really wake up that 250. Kit includes:

* Trail Porting
* Stock Banshee Reed Cage
* Carb Boot (Manifold)
* Milled Head
* Wiseco Piston

Race Porting - Add $150.00

V-Force Reeds - Add $140.00

Thats the kit i was looking at, but first do u think he would give me a discount since i don't need the piston? since i just replaced it not to long ago?

Whats a carb boot?
Whats a milled head? is that a port and polish?

Also would the reed cage work better with the v=force reeds?

Also i think i will deff, (when i get the money) get the reed conversion kit and also the p&p but do i need the v-force reeds?

edit: Also it says it includes trail porting? is that the port and polish?

Sorry for being a newb..

What piston do you have?

The carb boot goes in between the carb and the reed cage. You need it to mount your carb.

A milled head raises the compression slightly. You will get more torque. You will have to run higher octane fuel.

V force reeds are better. You get quicker accelleration and they last longer but they are not needed if you dont want to spend the money.

They may want you to use the new piston but it cant hurt to ask. The AZ kit is the best thing you can do. Get the conversion and trail port.

You dont want race port for general riding plus you dont have a race pipe so it wont be as effective.

Well the thing is i dont want to run high octane of fuel, i want to run stock fuel...

So basically for 525 i get everything i need to? and yes i do a lot of general trail rading so i wont get the race port,

Ok so basically 525 is what i need to come up with..

I have a wiseco piston.. I rebuilt my top end so i had to replace it..

So i dont see the need in changing it again..

It goes in the primary clutch. You can get it at your Polaris dealer. Part number 7041132

It makes the clutch engage at a higher rpm.
