06 polaris overheating

Bike has 20 miles usage. Overheated on third trip out. Bike taken to dealer. Dealer cleaned out radiator. Radiator was clogged. Thermostat was replaced as well. First trip out after dealer repair, less than a mile out into the dirt trail, bikes overheated again. Radiator fan kicks on but radiator hoses and water are not hot to touch but engine is boiling. If driven slow, won't overheat but if bike is punched, it overheats. Any suggestions to problem will be appreciated. Thank you!

what is this for a bike? the only 2 things that will make the engine overheat like that and not have hot hoses, is either the theromstat is stuck closed(you said it was replaced) or the waterpump isnt spinning enough to move the coolant thru the engine. just my .02

I just took receipt of an "06 Sportsman 500 (new) last weekend. First trip out (1.5 miles) it overheated. I called the dealership service manager from the trail who thought it must be the sensor. Drove it back to my truck, it overheated again...this time dumped 1/2" water from the coolant reservoir. I loaded it, took it back to the dealership, and it turns out that it has a faulty sending unit and the fan was not kicking on. Three miles and it has already flashed "Hot" twice. I am not happy, and my confidence is shaken. The service manager at the dealership doubts that any damage was done with it only dumping 1/2 " coolant. They are going to replace the sending unit, replace oil, complete a full service check and test compression. What do you think?

ive overheated my 2 bikes a couple of times and yes it drained most of the antifreeze and theres isnt any problems. the only real thing is if you drive it for a long period of time w/ it being overheater and no coolant you could warp the head. in you case buckman you didnt go far enough to hurt anything at all. btw welcome to the forums.
