Default Outlaw 525 Pics and setup tips!

When I pulled the carb for the first jetting I flipped the clamps on the carb boots so I could loosen them from the exhaust side where there is more room. I can now just loosen the clamps and turn the carb at a 90 degree angle take off the nut on bottom and use a 6 mm socket to pull out the jet without taking the carb out of the machine.

lol, that's exactly what i did yesturday... you know what they say about great minds [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

P.S. the 162 runs very nicely in the 71 deg. F we had yesturday in southern MI. Might do the o-ring mod yet... not sure, but like the way it's running now a lot better, not near as 'fat' on top, and a lot more free-revving. can't wait till this thing gets broke in! i walked a 2006 500 'Law yesturday shiftin at 7300RPM! i can't imagine hangin' on tille 8500 or 9000 between shifts!
