Yes, it does have an extended swingarm,But you don't need one you can move the floorboards foreward.It has a HI-LO tranny so power is not a problem,That is the reason for the extended swingarm(in a deep hole the front would not stay down).The bike is very stable.It has had big tires on it since new 25" first then 27" now 28".No problems with the same size tires front and rear.
