Default '04 ATP front end help

Ok:
I have an '04 AT (late '04) model) I love the bike but Polaris only made 'em for a couple years consequently no one has ever heard of 'em, and no one makes parts specifically for the ATP. However the front end looks just like an '04 Sportsman. I've got a winch and brush guard up front, that combined with an unfortunate propensity to air it out every chance I get has caused my front springs too sag some. I want to replace the front springs with Highlifters or EPIs but neither company makes springs specifically for the ATP. I have checked online and the ATP springs ARE different from the Sportsman springs, different part number and a different profile. Has anyone else out there got an ATP, or is it just me? Has anyone tried aftermarket springs for a Sportsman on their ATP?
I'd really appreciate any help here.
Thanks

did you check all the sportsmans and maybe the rangers/ 6 wheelers too. what about asking a dealer what else tkaes your springs so you could use that as a ref.

DAMN
It's amazing what you figure out when you re examine your assumptions. Like I have always assumed that the ATP 500 HO was based on the Sportsman platform

WRONG!!!!!

It's got a SWINGARM unlike a Sportsman but very much like a MAGNUM ding ding ding ding, right answer for 10 points Q. The Magnum had the centralized Hillard in '04 whereas the Sportsman still had the hub mounted engagement, in '04.

Soooo the questions becomes
Anyone know where I can get HD springs for a Magnum, or has anyone put Sportsman springs on their Magnum?
