On Monday afternoon I ordered a 39 PWK carb from RCR for the Scrambler. The UPS driver delivered it this afternoon. Here it is in the middle of the Christmas rush with millions of packages in the system, and I get mine in two days... It normally take four to five days, thanks UPS. Rick was his normal conginial self. All of corporate america needs to take a lesson from Rick about customer service. He had the carb in the box and taped up and was writing out the delivery label before I got off of the phone with him. Service doesn't get any better than that.

If the Rick that you are talking about is Rick Ritter, based on the quality of his content on this forum, I am sure you will be satisfied with dealing with "Rick the Polaris Pro" Ritter. Haven't got anyting from him yet, but I have to put the emphasis on YET.

 

I can't wait to make my order from Rick. I have been wanting to for months now. I got some extra cash from my trip to Japan. I was all ready to give rick a call, but then this whole Christmas thing popped up from nowhere. Ended up buying presents for my family instead.
Now the Navy is sending me to Italy in January. I should be able to save enough (hopefully) to finally order my stage 1 kit.
