You're a genius stendori lol! I bypassed the solenoid and the thing started! So I need a new solenoid. Can I get it at a place like AutoZone or is a dealer thing? Looks easy to install. I'll have to remove the rear plastic, but I'm getting good at that (practice makes perfect). Sure beats replacing the starter.

 

I went to AutoZone today and got the exact same solenoid and popped it in. Now it starts better than ever. I have to press the button for about 1/10th of the time that I used to. The engine ran like crap for a few minutes because of the rollover and the oil, but cleared right up. It is like a new machine. Thanks for the help.
