Sorry I think I replied to the wrong thread. THis is for Donecrashed in Louisville. yes I am interested in the trailer, call me if you can. WE would love to check out the place in Shelbyville. WE have a farm in Taylorsville that is all wooded and has a few trails. We are going to Mt Sterling this weekend to ride at my parents place and fish. Hope to hear from you!

Chevellegirl, no disrespect, but you may want to post your phone # in the form of a PM. You don't want your personal information getting out. Anyhow, I don't buy bikes from anyone in Shelbyville, but I use Shelbyville cycle for all of my parts and fluids. The owner's name is Chris and he is a super honest, great person. As for buying new, We usually go to Richmond at Powersports, they are pretty good people. I will give you a shout soon, hopefully we can all get together and ride.

When you purchase a brand new machine from an enormous company, I would expect to be treated with respect. I was very thoughtful in the conversation and was shut down from the beginning. I have e-mailed on the web site and have gotten no reply. I would love to know someone that would be willing to listen to a taped conversation on the end of the customer service department, but was informed during my first conversation that "Josh" was as high as you could go. He was a supervisor and there was nobody above him. He was not willing to discuss the issues or solve them, either. I guess my expectations of Polaris were too high as they have not even come close to what I would have expected. Three times for a four wheeler to be in the shop for stalling out in five months seems a little extreme to me.
