Default e bay scam

Read the feedback.
Read the feedback.
Read the feedback.

Never buy from anyone who doesn't already have a bunch of happy customers.

I never bid on anything from someone with less than 20 feedback, and if the # isn't at least 50 or so then the rating needs to be 100% positive.

Default e bay scam

I see alot of them on there, did not know anyone actually fell for them.
I have reported many as fraud to ebay but are so many.
Even people with alot of good feedback can get their accounts hijacked.
I ALWAYS contact the seller to ask them something. Whether it be about the product or have done a google search for the area and asked like if they heve been to that diner on main between 8th & 9th street or something.
Also hit the more things from this seller as have seen some selling many tractors, jetskis, other machimes, boats.
If has something saying their ebay mail don't work or they are away from it.

Xavier....I was thinking the same thing.....actually if you dont see a good feedback rating (should be at the VERY LEAST 98%) dont touch it, and if you didnt know enough to do that you shouldnt have bought a high dollar item on there.

Default e bay scam

my friend didnt use the real pay pal. the scammer had it set up to look like the real thing or cloe enough to fool him. this was his first time buying from e bay so he didnt know how pay pal works. the paypal asked for his bank acct # and thats how they got the$$$ he said the guy had good feedback and emailed ebay to check if the sale was legit. Everything came back ok but that was all part of the scam. hope this info will keep others from being screwed over. $3500 is a whole lot of money.

I bought my Scrambler off ebay a couple months ago (relatively local so I picked up & payed cash). Gotta be careful tho. I right click on anyones link & then click properties, site info should come up ebay, paypal etc. Most scams it will come up as adclick etc. etc.

I think he is trying to work something out with the bank. Not sure if they will do anything because he gave authrization for the scammer to go in his bank acct and withdraw themoney. Lucky he didnt get taken for every thing in his acct. he hasent talked much about it and i dont bring it up
