Default Oil leak

whats the odds of drilling it out and retapping a little bigger and start all over with a new one

Sorry Booboobear, but it's not the threads that leak, the leak is around the brass insert in the tank itself. I agree it sucks, but theres nothing you can do about it. I love my polaris but that was a bad idea on that're part.
