Dead Traiblazer Update. I'm Lost! Help!

yeah id order the new head asap... i wouldnt really trust the new filed plug hole. unprobable, but if the plug sits any lower or higher or different in the new hole it wont be firing right and would cause it to run hot or cold. that might be why its running hot but probably not. if i were you i just wouldnt run it until you get that new head. today was a great day for riding until it started raining at around 6. too bad i didnt get a chance to ride because i was fixing my bike (yes, a bicycle) all day

Yeah, I bought a new head off EBay. It was not worth the risk to me. I don't want it to die in the woods again!!
07Wolvey450: It rained over there? It was nice and sunny here all day. A few clouds now, but not a drop of rain. It was a nice day for once. Next weekend in looking great!

Yes, while reading your posts about removing the head, etc., my thoughts were about my experience with 4-strokes and valve trains, and how it was nice that you didn't have to deal with cam chains, cam shafts, valve timing, etc.
