Yep, still posting about this TB not starting.

Thanks. I have turned this new starter over so many times, I am impressed with it. A starter for these things for $70 with shipping was a great buy.

that compression seems real low, I would think you should be in the 125s on it. try putting some oil down the cylinder, put the plug back in and try to start, when you have low compression they are always hard to start. The oil will seal the rings and get the compression up. If it starts then you know its time to rebuild.

Thanks for the ideas. Yes, it is getting the plug wet with full choke. I will try (1) pull the clutch cover off and spray carb cleaner behind the primary clutch while you are trying to start it [although I have to figure out what you mean by "behind" and (2) putting oil in the cylinder to see if that helps it start.
