Default Polaris 4x4 Struts

Hello.
I have a 96 Sportsman that has a front wheel that has excessive runout. It appears that the part of the strut (insert?) just behind the coil is loose and allows the entire bearing assembly to move like there is a bad wheel bearing. Wheel bearings are fine. The part that is loose houses the bearing cups and the bearings. Is there a fix for this, or a way to tighten up the insert? Is the insert removeable?

you sure the 2 bolts that hold the strut in place didnt loosen up allowing it to move up in down in the strut housing?

Thanks for the reply. The McPhearson strut itself is tight. Its in the knuckle that I am concerned with. Where the bearings are in the knuckle (behind the electric coil) and where the axle spindle passes through is loose. Can this be repaired?
I can look at the back and see the housing move when I wiggle the 4x4 coil attached. How are these coils attached? How is the housing put in there? Pressed?

For an example Pic: http://www.bigbuckatvproducts....ruts_95_scrambler.htm

Thanks for any help.
