HELP! Is my carb the problem??
#11
There are 2 cable that go into the top side of your carb. Pull the choke cable out (it is the cable that is not directly in the middle) Check the components of your choke. You will see a spring and a plunger. Make sure both of them are in good shape. I found that my plunger was broken (not sure how that happened), as a temporary fix I put a packed ball of teflon tape in the choke hole, this wont allow extra fuel to get through. Push your choke in as far as it will go after doing this, this will hold the teflon ball steady. See if this fixes your problem, if it does consider ordering a new spring and plunger for your choke.
