The TPS is on the left side of the throttle body and the plug is on the bottom of the TPS. It's not easy to reach but you can get a couple fingers on it. Push on it and/or the wires near the plug while the engine is running and see if something changes.

 

I have a 06 800 EFI with 400 miles on it and i ran into stalling out only when hot
also i've traced it down to be a faulty fuel pump,the pump assembly does not have a return line in it,so the pump (BOSCH) heats up quite fast & in seems to go into a vapour lock,on the the trail all i did was put more fuel in the tank hense lowering the temp. of fuel in the tank and it would start & run fine until the fuel could not keep the pump cool enough and it would shut down again.
It have talked directly to the BOSCH TECH support they say that they cannot release any information about the pump (thanks to Polaris)all he could say was to make sure it was replaced with a none returnable line style if i didn't it will give me problems.
I'm sure if you could put a style with a returnable line on the the engine that would maintain a 40PSI pressure it would cure all these problems BUT Polaris
won't be helping out as i found out.
ITS A SIN THAT AFTER SPENDING 14K ON MACHINE AND HAVE A FUEL PUMP GO DOWN WITH SUCH LOW MILEAGE ON IT IS A SHAME AND WITH NO HELP FROM
FROM POLARIS OTHER THAN BUY A NEW PUMP/SENDER & TANK AS AN ASSEMBLY.
I WON'T HAVE TO THINK TO HARD ON WHAT KIND OF MACHINE I WON'T BUY NEXT!!
