Default Tire sizes

I have a 400 Xplorer Goodyear Mud Tracker tires 26x12x8 on the rear and 25x8x10 on the front.I am new to the polaris driveline, but I know on a 4x4 pickup different tire sizes are not good.Does anyone know if this will create problems? It is a 1999 and has a shaft drive front and as far as I know all stock gearing.Does this create problems for the chain drive front end models?(such as the 1995 that sits behind the 99 in my garage)

It is all in the gearing. If it is geared to have 8" on the back and 10" on the front - don't be messing with it.
You probably would have to change the ring and pinion in either the front or back to be able to run the same size wheel.

I bought it used so im not really sure what the stock tire size was.The 8" and 10" rim size is fine it is the overall height 26" on the rear and 25" on the front that I think may be a problem,it seems like the rear is pushing or skidding the front but after you nail the throttle once something seems to let go and it drives fine.If you slow doneto say 5 mph you have to do it again to break loose or get something to slip.I did gat another set of tires with it and they are both 25" front and rear.

It's made to be the same. But, Polarises system is on demand which isn't a lockup type. The rears need to show spin before the fronts come in. Will it be OK? Yep Is it right? nope
