2001 Sportsman 500. How do I move the sleeve seal back without replacing any items? I just need to move it back. My 4x4 work but now the inner pole is too far from the outer pole, it must of moved some how.
How do I move the outer pole ring/sleeve seal.
The manual says to tap it in with a hammer.....?
Do i need to move all the silacone/glue stuff first? If I just tap it in, what keeps it from working itself back out of position?

 

I fixed the 4x4 drive. I just tapped the sleeve seal inward with a rubber mallet and got the gap between the inner and outter poles into specs. It works perfect now.
