my friend just bought a snow plow for his 2k trailboss325. when instaled the front suspention is not strong enough to compensate. He also has a wench to lift the plow which works pretty good.
the bad part is I aslo ordered the same plow for for my tb2000325 however I ordered the manual lift kit. here is my Q. Is there anything I can do to stiffen up my front suspention. I looked and dident see any supention ajustment.

Yep, get yourself the rubber Spring Spacers that Polaris sells. They “nest” in the springs without having to disassemble anything and will reduce your spring compression under load. The part # is 2872655 and they’re about $15 a pair list. You can stack more than one per side to further reduce compression if desired.
BTW, post a picture of the wench who lifts his plow. If she’s that good she can lift mine too!

I put 1/4 inch spacers under my front springs and they worked nice, had them made in a machine shop. Before that i tryed those rubber spacers, mesured my bike under the skidplate before and after and gained 3/4 inch. With both mods on i gained over a inch on my old 98 explorer to compensete for my winch and homemade pushbar that had compressed my (to many wheelies) tired springs.Good luck.
