Just in case some of you are interested, there is a Warn upgrade kit (PN 39953 Rev AO) to update an older 2000 winch to the 2500. I bought mine from Ivy R. Redding CO.(http://www.reddingco.com) for about $180. It's cheaper than a new winch, and adds the remote and contactor block that the 2500 uses. Great if your 2000 is in good condition. Just though a few of ya' might like to know!
