keeping mud out of rad

is there away to play, and not have this happen?

Yes, only drive on dry gound! lol
Seriously, though, not really. If you go in deep enough mud, the radiator is gonna be in it.
Just wash it out every now and again. Mud is a very elusive enemy and will creep into your radiator without you realizing it and will do all it can to hide where you can't see it.

About the best advice I know is to check the radiator every now and again, and clean it when needed.
