This doesnt happen all the time, but sometimes I have to use the choke to kill the motor. I turn the run/off swith to off, and turn the key off and it stays running. I have checked the connections and they seem to be fine. I am wondering if the switch could be going bad becuase sometimes the engine will die when you want it to, and sometimes it wont.

Appreciate any input.

 

have you checked the connections on both the switch and kill switch for corrosion. make sure the grounds are good as well, just a thought.

 

Thanks. It seems to me like a connection problem too since it doesnt happen all the time. I'll check the grounds.
