polaris 800 snorkel to the pod.

Where do i run the flex hose after it goes under the plastic between the front plastic and the tank to keep it from restricting flow. all the places i can figure will raise the front plastic too high for the gas cap to fit properly.

flex hose on snorkel kit or factory vent hose?
I would not think u would need a snorkal cause factory air lines come out under pod. u would only extend this like a few inches at most. Besides if u going into water that deep other concerns u should have, like drive belt air vent, plugs and air box itself would need to be capped to keep water out. u will mess up a lot of stuff in water over tank.
Theres no room under plastic for much at all lifting it higher would be kinda ghetto looking i would think.
Sorry i cant see anyplace higher then stock air feeds already. but just my opinion

I was also trying to figure out how to snorkel into the headlight pod like all the triangle boys videos I've seen. It looks alot cleaner, & you don't have to cut up your plastic or front box.

Yea, I would like to know also how the Triangle Boys are rigging up
their ATV's to make them snorkeled/watertight and make them float.
Those videos are indeed IMPRESSIVE! Its obvious they are running like
at least 30" tires I guess that explains the floatation, I don't know. My one
friend says that is NOT ALL? He said they do something "special" with under
the fenders to keep water from escaping around, thru, above etc. that helps
keep them afloat?
Yea I would be NICE to see some white papaer on the "Know How" and all the
parts they use to gain some perspective on how they do this. My future 800
would do much better getting thru the marsh of Eastern Shore, Maryland in that
soupy mud with a Triangle Boyz setup.
