Default Sportsman 700 exhaust leak

Hi,

New here. Just have a question for y'all.

I bought a leftover '06 700 in January and sometime in the spring started hearing what I thought might be an exhaust leak. I finally took a minute to look for it the other day and low and behold the bottom engine bracket bolt had worn a hole in the exhaust pipe! Those two parts are way too close to each other. Is this a common problem and what is a good fix?

Here's a Picture

Uh, no. I took that picture myself on Saturday. Trust me- it's a 2006 SP700. If not then boy am I gonna' be mad at the dealer who sold it to me!

Here's a pict of the machine after a fresh wash.

Are you saying you had the same problem with your '03? If so, how did you fix it?

That link is not working for me either. It is linking me to my personal pic page. You must have a bad link.

Just go to MANBOOBS pics under his name and you'll see HIS pics
