Default free flowing fuel

float bowl is stuck wide open by the sounds. either worn out, set wrong, or has dirt keeping it open. got to take carb off and take a look. most likely the base is full of gas as well. maybe on front of engine might be a drain plug to check.

Yes ...What he said................LOL...LOL...Caper............

You can try to shut the gas off (if there is a shut-off) and keep cranking it over until it sounds like it wants to run..............This should get ride of the extra gas in the engine........But will not fix the trouble with the fuel getting through the Carb................................Caper......... ....
