Just bought a new 800 X2. I have just finished 1 tank of gas, and now the tailgate is starting to vibrate at low speeds. Is there a way to adjust the latches to tighten up the contact with the rubber stops?
Also has clunking from start, but a quick search shows that this is normal. For the price I can't complain, $6250 OTD!!!

Well, I figured out what was vibrating. Turns out that the hinge on the left side is designed to allow the tailgate to come off, when you open it so many inches it pulls right off. Anyway, it was rattling down low, so a quick wrap of electrical tape solved the rattling!!

 

We found out about the detaching tailgate on my sons ATP. We found it hanging by the cable after we heard a clunking sound.
