okay guys, how do i jump start my battery from my truck. pulled the cord one to many times and rope broke....

 

wow, are you having great luck. i would suggest charging the battery instead of jumping it, but here it is. + pos. to + pos. terminal and -neg. to -neg terminal. as long as what ever color the cables are in color(like red and black) put the red to red on both battery ends and black to black. it may not just be the battery that is dead. if you have been running it for a couple hrs. like you said it would have charged the battery some to at least make the solnoide click.

 

Giggles. I think this 4 wheeler was never meant to be. Any hoot, friend got the rope back on wheeler. Put a new spark plug in it and off I went. Let it cooled off and went to start it and backfire she went knocking the manifold off. Ha.... Friend came back over this morning and fixed her. So for now, she is up and running. Going to take her to a harley mechanic I know and let him work her over. Might paint or get those stickers pink and white camoflauge. Going to check my rights here in Texas and see if I can take that thief to civil court. Think he should pay something since he stoled it and ragged it out. Well gots to get too church. Look, I had doubts at first too. But a thief isn't gonna stick around if they don't get the answer. They'll go somewhere else. They sure wouldn't offer all the information wheelerbritches has either.

So, now we need to help her (or him if there are those who doubt that) to get it running.

Well I wanted to THANK each and one of you for helping a hand here. Didn't mean to raise any red flags with anyone. Won't be bothering yall with any more questons on my wheeler. I was actuallying googling info for the wheeler and yalls forum came up. I thought what the heck cant hurt anything and maybe you guys could help a (all GIRL) out. And yall did. I think this speaks volumes of our forum here, lots of opinions and views.
It really does give a nice even balance. You could look at it this way, the
thief who may have lifted your Quad could of been the poster called
"wheelerbritches", lol. Gee we hope not, more for your sake!

You do seem honest afterall, I had no opinion either way, thanks everybody for
being so helpful here. Hey here is an idear, post up some pics with your Quad
and show it off a little, look around at our pics, we post them for show, upgrades,
installations, and for FUN! Come back and joined us and keep the posts going
before ya know it these guys will have ya ripping apart your engine fixing everything, lol
