400 Xplorer reverse limiter?
#2
and i was looking around on here and read that just hitting the OVERRIDE button (yellow) and it should go away and it does. But why do I have to hit the yellow button?

the reverse override would have nothing to do w/ it going into reverse as its an override to make it go faster in reverse. when the button is pushed it allows you to go as fast backwards as forward(hence the safety) and also has to be pushed in to have the awd work in reverse.

like when I had it in reverse, it would sound like its going to back fire. but when I hit the override button, it works fine.

THat is the safety device that keeps you from going wide open in reverse and getting hurt
