Mornin All,
I seem to be havin a problem that the Mod can't help me with, When I post a message or answer a post and some one else answers it, I get 4 replies sent to me in my e mail in box for every one (1) person that will ad a post later, 4,,, and it's the same post, 4 times sent to me, I already dumped all the cookies (i hate doin that). Any ideas what I clicked that I shouldn't of ???

Have you unchecked the box at the bottom of the page?

"Subscribe to this topic and receive email notifications of replies."

If I uncheck it don't that mean I won't even get one e mail tellin me I got a reply?? I'm not sure on that one now..Just askin..

 

I would clear out your subscriptions. It looks like you have subscribed to threads 2, 3, 4, times quite often and once 5 times so I suppose when someone replys you would get the emails to the amount you are subscribed.

Like Raptory said, uncheck on every reply.

The way the system is set up now, it's my understanding that you should only get one email notifying you of the replies, regardless of how many it gets.

I went into my forums and un subscribed to all..

 

i only have that happen when i forget to uncheck the box on the bottom. thats the one differnt thing when they chnaged over that i dont like but easy to live with.

Scoot when I looked at his account lets say the thread was:


I want a 98 Honda Fatcat


He was subscribed to it 5 times.
