Will the Benz fit dual exhaust? BTW, I just found my box of all the extra
hardware that came with mine. I will need to go through it this weekend to
see if any mounts or adaptors are for dual exhaust. For some reason, I doubt it!

Benz doesn't make one for the dual mufflers, or even a single muffler 800 for that matter. I called them on it, and they said that they were anxious to hear from me after I put my used one my 800 with single muffler. They said that if it hurt performance, I could send it to them for venting. I asked what they meant by that, and they said that they would drill two 3/32" holes in the internal baffle for more flow, and minimal effect on the noise. I'll be mounting the muffler after I clean and paint it and will see how it rides. I already hand fit it and sealed the gap just to see how it would sound, and it definitely takes the harshness out of the exhaust note and quiets it I would estimate at least 25%.

And 25% may be all you need. What will you paint yours with. I have to clean up mine too, and
some rust on it, not bad though, mainly on the heat shield.

How'da like them Terracross, what kind of improvement in handling and performance
over the stock tires?

I got some engine paint with ceramic in it. I'll have to look at the can to tell you for sure what kind it was. Got it from Advance Auto Parts. Also, the Terra Cross tires are a huge improvement over the crap non radials that come stock on the Polaris. The Polaris (Carlisle) PXT radials are fairly nice, but I didn't care for the feedback from the front tires, seemed that they would push a lot in corners. The Terra Cross tires are more stable. They also provide more straight ahead traction than the PXT's.

I'll take a video (with sound) tomorrow with the Benz and post it so you all can hear the difference it makes.

imho the atv should only b used after the hunt (draging out the deer). or b4 the hunt (setting up the stand, putting corn out, etc.)

id much rather ride my quad n the woods, rather than walk, but i really dont want my quad spooking that big buck

Okay guys, I've uploaded my own video of the Benz ATV Silencer on my 800. As the description of the video states, it doesn't have as much noise reduction on the 800 as it does on the 500.
