The carb is a Mikuni Sudco TM 38mm. It has a black anodized slide. I talked w/a friend today, and together we think either the primary circuit is not functioning at all or pri jet is still not right. It seems now more apparent that by per-loading slide with cable, it is idling off main jet/needle instead of primary. I don't have a 10 pri jet, but i will get one if the 25 doesn't work. I will really dig into this carb tonight to inspect pri-circuit.
I will also call Speedworks on monday. The hole settup was bought from them and maybe they can give insight.
