Default idle speed

I have a 2004 Polaris 330 magnum 4x4. I had it worked on and got it back but the idle was set up way too high. Does anyone know the idle speed for this machine. I got it set on 1500 right now.

Well the idle speed for my 2006 Sp 450 is listed in the factory service manual at 1100+/-200 RPM
That may help you a bit!!.......Caper...........

I checked in the owners manual and couldnt find it. I got it at 1480-1500 right now. It seems to be a little too high. I just had oil leak fixed for the second time. Also had a fuel leak fixed which was a recall item for what they said. When I got it back it was running like a jet engine(just an expression).

yea i checked and couldnt find it in the o. manual either. just turn it down a little your self by going counterclock wise a little. i think caper it would like yours around 1700 +- rpms.

Caper mentioned it being 1100 +/- 200. But if I set it up to where it starts moving it will be way above this. Its at 1480-1500 right now.

you would actually be bringing it down to 1,100 rpms instead of running @ 1,500. jujst turn it down w/ the idle screw and try it.
