How loose is too loose? I just finished breaking my 500 in and i think the chain feels a little loose. Should i worry about it? Can it fall off? or damage something if its too loose? And how do i tighten it? Im new to this and the manual does not give that detailed a description on how to tighten. Thanks for the help.

I adjust mine so that the chain is tight against the rear spocket and pay no attention to the slack, most is taken up when put in gear an under load. But when you have to replace the chain don't get a polaris chain, my sc500 ate up 2 of these(and sprockets) in less then a year. I finally spent the cash for a kruase(spell?) and sidewinder spockets and would say they are worth the money just for not having the hassel of constainly adjusting the polaris set up.
