Default 1997 polaris 400 sport problems

I Have a Polaris Sport 400 (1997 Model), I had trouble with it starting for a while until i replaced the coil and now it will start fine. But in the cofussion of trying to fix it the first time i forgot exactly how all the vacuum hoses go back.I have 1 hose that comes from the engine crankcase that should go to (where?) on the carb. Also have a hose with a filter type thing that only flows on direction that comes off the bottom of the carb around the bowl of the carb. HOW DO I CONNECT BOTH OF THESE HOSES?,AM I MISSING ANY HOSES?,ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

The hoses are actually vent lines. The one on the crankcase usually runs up over the carb boot and then down towards the skid plate, next to inner clutch cover. The 1 way check valve on the carb comes off the bottom of the bowl, and some have a Tee fitting with another hose that runs to another vent higher up on the carb. Right side of the carb I believe.

So the line coming off the bottom should tee, One side going to the carb top right, And the other with the 1 way check valve should just hang out the bottom??? And with the the one coming from the crankcase,Does it also just hang out the bottom?????????

Yeah pretty much. It may or may not tee off. I'd have to look at the book at work. Some did, some didnt. I forgot this, the one on the upper right side sometimes was just routed through the hole in the side of the rear fuel tank bracket. Just don't let it touch the exhaust. The others just hang down. Run the cranckase(counterbalance actually) vent over the carb and then down towards the bottom. Run the hose on the carb downward.
