I no what your talking about. I have a cheap 1 on my kids wheeler. What you have is 2 neg. & 2 pos. attempt to pair them up, if you hook the rong 1's to the rong thing it will either not run or run backwards. Long as you hook pos. to pos. & neg. to neg. you can't hurt anything. I had the same problem & I hooked them every wich way till I got it. You might have to switch neg. to neg. or pos. to pos. to get it right. I hoped ya & didn't confuse ya. Good Luck. let me no how it goes.

all you have to do if the switch for out is pulling in instead is reevrse the cables on thre winch it self and it will work right.
