i think you can download the manual for that machine on the polaris web site you need to register on there to do it.....i think.

 

I have a polaris manual, I'll read through it. It'll have to wait till Wednesday back on 24 hour shift tomorrow. Thanks Again.

 

Well I finally found some time to work on this Polaris, here's an update.

Found that there was a bad fuel line, replaced all fuel lines, and fuel filter. I am once again running but,...... There's always a But! It runs great at idle! When you try to give more than half throttle, it starts back firing, and chugging and can't get past the half way point. Will run at a smooth idle all day long!

So any suggestions? I've run carb cleaner in the fuel and sprayed some in the carb, still same results. It's always the same 1/2 throttle and it puke's.

Well, that took care of the running under load problem. But, now the low idle is running a bit rough, sounds like diesel engine. I've adjusted the idle screw can't find a happy medium either chugs or runs fast. I've not messed with the air mixture valve. Could that be a possibility?
