04 SP500 reset

Default 04 SP500 reset

I have a 04 SP500 with 700 miles, does anyone know how do you reset the little flashing wrench on the display when I first start up. I do the service myself but I can'nt figure the reset, thanks for the help [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

Default 04 SP500 reset

1. Put the atv in neutral and set the parking brake.
2. Push the over ride button in and tern the key on at the same time hold for a few seconds in tell it goes in the different settings.
3. Scroll threw in tell you see and hour glass simble. Should be at 0.0 hours.
4. Hold the over ride button in tell it flashes, let up then push it agene to select how many hours you need. when you are done it will stop flashing and that means its reset.
5. I set my hour at 60. hop this helps you out.

most set theres to a 50 hr for service reminders, but its up to you on how long.
