2007 Outlaw 90 Blank Key
#2
One of my dealers told me they don't sell blank keys, they will sell you a whole ignition switch with key (well over $100).
You have two options if you lost your key AND you want to use the same ignition switch. One is to get the 4 digit alpha number number off the ignition switch and hope the locksmith can key it off that info. Option two, pull the ignition switch and take it to a locksmith and have them key it.

UPDATE: I think I found the blank key match. I bought it today at the Polaris dealer and I dropped it off at the lock smith tonight. If it works I will include the Polaris product number...

I don't know if all Polaris's (Polarii?) use the same key blank or not, but our local locksmith cut me a couple extra keys from blanks he had in stock and they work perfect. The blank he used for my 08 Sportsman was an "ilco" brand with the numbers X112 and YM56 on it.

yes the first thing I did was get extra keys for ALL my quads, once when I was much younger (or should I say my friend) forgot his key on a trip to go riding and when we got there it was fun breaking the ignition apart to get it to start NOT so be safe and make copies!
