aaen makes a kit that runs 1 muffler. Supposed to make 10-12 hp on the top end over stock with the efi tuner.

Howdy 05twin700....would this help a little bit? They had them for the 800 but now says for the 600/700 series. I'd give them a hollar to see if any left for the 800 if this is what you want. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...290157830306QQtcZphoto

i havent heard on any exhaust that would add that much hp, mostly around 4 to 5. maybe because you have to add a efi modual as well??

have you actually used/heard this exhaust on a sportsman?
i was looking at their website and it seems they have done some research on it.
it doesnt list the years though, but as far as i know the dual factory exhaust doesnt add to the power, it was mostly fuel curves and clutching. also the aaen Perfomance says that it runs rich and no tuning is required.

of course let me know if im incorrect

I'm leaving my exhaust as is... I didn't buy it to race it, or I would have bought a faster ATV. This is a work-horse and has PLENTY of stock power. In my opinion, the money it costs to add a few extra HP is NOT worth it.

Well more power is always "mo betta"

just ask Tim "the tool man" taylor

why would you put a cold air intake and flowmasters on a truck that weighs 6000lbs? are you going to feel the 5-10hp it might give you, probably not, but we do it everyday.
