Default I need winch feedback!!!

I need to put a winch on my 07 Polaris Sportsman 450.

I know the Warn is the most popular.

Has anyone tried the Viper with the amsteel synthetic cable.

Come-on guys,gals. I need some help here.

Here is what I am going to do with it. I am going to get stuck in the mud. My buddy is going to get stuck in the mud. Hell, I might even hook a plow to it.

Someone say something......................... (intelligent) Plllllllllleeeeeeeeeaaaaasssssssssssseeeeeeeee!

Go with the one sold by Polaris it is plug and play. Then change the steel cable to the synthetic cable. I only have had to use my winch 1 time but it may have saved a life, glad I had it. I would look in to the wireless remote when you get a winch.

I have 2 vipers they are great the best one i thing is teh waterproof 2500 that the one i have on my scrambler. it doesn't have teh remote but it has a warenty to be water proof my other venom has teh remote but isn't water proof. I had no problems wireing them at all I have a winch mount for a sportsman if you are interested.
the only thing is DO NOT get the venom with the little *** that you pull on teh side that has an open reel cage type thing like this its a reely week and it can come apart and become worthless easy. Hope you find what you are looking for

When you need your winch, you need it to work everytime. Not saying the other brands are bad but Warn is very good. That's why every other winch maker compares theirs to Warn. DON'T go cheap on a winch. You will thank us later.
