Also don't forget that your last adjustment on the idle screw should always be upward. Don't adjust down, then leave it there. Adjust down a little too low, then adjust back up to where you want it. If you adjust down and then stop, the rpms may drop even lower after it's been running a while as vibration takes "the slack out of the screw".
