Default Trail Boss 325 info??

I just joined up. About a month ago I bought a 2000 Trail Boss 325, great little machine. Took all the plastic off today and cleaned it up really good. I have never seen so many grease fittings on one machine in my life !! Does anyone have one of these that can give me a little insight on things to look for?? Thanks Greg

Change the oils and keep ALL the grease fitting greased along with keeping the chain adjusted right.USE ALL Polaris fluids to be safe.Check the axle bearings for play, swingarm bushings for play, tie rod ends, ball joints, wheel bearngs and brakes.Replce the bad stuff and you will have a good machine for years.

Default Trail Boss 325 info??

Thanks for the input. I purchased the upgraded outer tie-rod ends this week. The old ones had a little too much play for me. I bought them from the local dealer but I think I will order them online next time. I found a place called Babbitt's that seems to have pretty good prices. Any suggestions on suppliers?? Thanks again, Greg
