last nights ride!

Default last nights ride!

well picture this..................just cruseing down the trail ,about 6 inches WET snow with my buddy on his grizz( man thats fast), and all of a sudden with no warning a MAJOR compression loss and a lot of racket my poor popo just quits and wont start ,no compression..well my di#$head fo a buddy is laughing so hard the tears are freezing to his face and says..NEED A PULL!!**** no!!!! the **** spark plug shot out, well i had hear running in less thana drink and runs just perfect like she never missed a beat...well about a hr later he fell through a frozen/muckey under the ice creek bed and GUESS WHO NEEDED THE PULL!!!..sorry to ramble just wanted to share this..never had a plug just shoot out like that,man what a noise!!!

How does the threads look?
Did you forget to tighten the plug last time you had it out?

i assume the threads were fine due to the fact it went back in and tightened up fine..and YES IT WAS ME, i replaced the plug at my 2000 mile FULL SERVICE and it now has 2168 on it!!!i do a full service every 500 miles or 100 on my fluids if i been past the low beams in water or muck!

oops savage lol . the main thing it didnt hurt anything and alls well.

I can't believe that as the plug was spining itself out, got to be about 10-15 turns, that it didn't loose compression when the plug seal was broken. Glad to hear it wasn;t anything major.

it never even stumbled or even sounded weird until it shot out and the NOTHING!!! least i figured it out and did not have to get pulled home...

Good work on the trail to keep her going. I have had to be pulled home 2 times with my polaris and pulled one home myself. Never have a real good feeling about that.

I had a 1993 Isuzu Trooper that had a problem with spitting out spark plugs. It would leave the threaded end in the block but spit out the insulator. What a racket. Defective plugs was the problem. I think I'll go check my plugs....
