Electrical - ECM???

When I power on my 2004 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O., my OIL light blinks, my needle glows red, and my engine check light blinks. My quad doesn't sound any different then it did prior to this. Oil is fine, water is fine, & other fluids check OK. Seems the battery is fine as well. Do you think I should check more into the ECM (electronic control module) or PDM (power distribution Module), or do you have other thoughts?

Does it run right? If so just put a bag over the pod and ride. I really hate these engine check lights even on Automobiles. My F-150 had the engine check light on for two years before it finally burnt out. I brough the truck in and it cost me $50 to find out it was a senor that has nothing to due with the running of the truck but it monitors a part that works fine. These machines are ATVs not space shuttles I thing they are putting too much unessary crap on them now.
The only handy info a speedo on a ATV gives me is the Tripmeter, which is handy as a gas gauge as well. At 85-90 miles I know it is time to look for gas.
