every bike is differnt so your better off trying differnt set ups your self then asking them as they will tell you a basic set up for that bike and how it works on someone esles bike. if alll you want is higher engagement, put the white(i think its white) that comes w/ the kit and it wil bring it up some. your trying to get better belt grip at take off is the primary function of the heelclicker. imo

Ditto to what Stendori said. EVERY bike responds a little differant. If you want to keep the engagement the same play with the weights. If you want a little higher and harder engegment try the white spring. Even higher is the Orange spring, but it was too high for my liking.
