is the clutching stock on it?If so check the secondary clutch buttons for wear.If not tell me what primary spring is in it.

it does it even in neutral, will the buttons effect the way it runs in neutral? I'ts freezing cold here now so it will be a few days before I'll be able to get back out to it.

what color was your spark plug when you pulled it out, black or white, white meaning lean, black meaning rich

Have you got a tach you can put on to see where the problem actually is?

cam is good and valves are adjusted. Don't have a tach but it starts happening right a little over 1/2 throttle. Moving the needle in the carb does not fix the issue. Here is a wav file of what it sounds like. I did not go full throttle when I recorded this.

How does the needle look?any wear or grooves?If nothing else get a new needle and jet tube.

plug looks good.you did put in a new one?The sound clip gives me the idea of the needle and/or tube wore.
