Default polaris warranty???????

correct on all the above!!! never said 100k later but 300 miles a balljoint snaps at the threads..whats 300 miles on a quad 3-4 weeks ...and by the way the LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARENTY is only good for the origanal owner--NO OTHERS--NO TRANSFERS..polaris had enuf ***** to have their LEGAL dept call me after i stated my wife and myself were thrown from the quad at 40mph..YOU CAN ONLY BE BRAND LOYAL SOOO FAR!!!. if you walked in my SORE shoes that day to get the truck and trailer with NO BEER you may feel diferently.. by the way i was on a FLAT trail and my quad was never ever jumped or hit anything before the broken bj..

Default polaris warranty???????

it was bone stock except for the rack extenders and k&n.. LOOK AT MY PICS.. the reason it looks soo bad is the dealer kept it outside for 3 months in the hot sun and it faded ..they covered the balljoint 29.00 but not the rest of the damage..you dont think that if that was someoness car/truck with 300 miles it would not go to arbitration and get bought back/replaced..i sure the hell hope so..

Default polaris warranty???????

I can understand how you feel it is someone elses fault, like everyone does these days.
I checked your pics and I can see you don't baby your atv!

The ball joint broke!
You never pulled a wheely or rode your new machine fast?!? hit a rock or rut, tried to climb a wall? nothing nada, it just snapped for no reason?
If it was defective why didn't it snap your 1st ride out?

I'm just glad no one was seriously injured and your insurance covered it.

think what you want ,i know how it was treated before it was totaled.after i realy dont care about it because its paid for ..then came the lift ,winches, tires and other goodies..anyways as i said before you can only be brand loyal for so long..

Default polaris warranty???????

Hey guys bottom line is THIS dealers have most if not ALL of the say when it comes to getting something warrantied. If they right it up as abuse that your seven year old took it deep sea diving and water got into the engine and caused the problem then YOU ARE DONE! POLARIS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my quad to another dealer and looked at the same problem and said it was NOT due to abuse and Polaris said SORRY and did nothing for us (by the way did I tell you we own three!) BUT the dealer put it back together and gave us a break on the labor (we purchased a Kawasaki from them). So be careful on the dealer and count on NOTHING being covered. BY THE WAY THANKS MARK AND TUF ENTERPRISES IN DEKAL,IL YOU ROCK!
